The Role:
We are looking for an IT All-rounder with broad technical understanding to build websites, automate processes, and develop database applications. You will work at the intersection of technology and impact, with significant creative freedom and short communication channels.

Tasks:

• Build and maintain our websites, from initial concept to final implementation.
• Develop programs and applications for our databases, ensuring data is clean, secure, and usable.
• Automate recurring tasks and processes to allow the team to focus on core activities.
• Contribute independently with technical solutions and actively drive our digitalization efforts, including initial AI projects.

Qualifications:

• Broad IT understanding: comfortable with web development, database programming, and data handling.
• Practical experience in website development (using common web technologies, frameworks, or CMS).
• Knowledge of database application programming and data management.
• Ideally, experience with process and workflow automation.
• Structured, independent work style with a pragmatic approach and a sense of responsibility.
