Technical Support Specialist - Georgia (Hybrid/Remote)

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to monitor our platforms in real-time, identify issues, and alert relevant parties. You will be crucial in ensuring the trouble-free functioning of our Software & Hardware (SH) complex and managing communication with our customers.

This position offers a hybrid or remote work mode in Georgia and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the trouble-free functioning of the SH complex.
  • Immediately engage other specialists according to the approved escalation protocol in case of SH operational abnormalities.
  • Handle communication with customers regarding their requests and issue reports.

Must-Have Skills:

  • High level of communication and soft skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Diligence and quick response to incoming information flow (tickets, monitoring, calls, notifications, chats, etc.).
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing context.
  • Upper-intermediate level of technical and common English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic IT skills (Unix/Windows administration, SQL, network technologies, monitoring systems).
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support with foreign clients.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix), Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related professional education.
