The Role:
We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to help clients transform how content is planned, created, reviewed, managed, and delivered across the Content Supply Chain. As a strategic advisor, you will bridge business strategy, process transformation, technology enablement, and optimization opportunities to help clients achieve scalable, efficient, and future-ready ways of working.
You will partner with global brands and enterprise organizations to understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies, design future state processes, and align business needs with Adobe Content Supply Chain solutions. The focus is on redesigning how content work gets done, not just implementing tools.
This position is ideal for individuals experienced in facilitating cross-functional alignment, influencing stakeholders, and navigating large-scale transformations.
What You Will Do:
- Business Process Transformation: Lead discovery, assessment, and future-state design of business processes, operating models, and ways of working across the Content Supply Chain. Identify inefficiencies, optimization opportunities, and AI use cases to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Content Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end content lifecycle processes (planning, intake, workflow, review, asset development, delivery, measurement). Develop scalable operating models, roles, responsibilities, and process standards to improve collaboration and accelerate speed to market.
- Consulting & Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across marketing, creative, content operations, technology, and leadership teams. Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, navigate organizational complexity, and guide transformation initiative recommendations.
- Technology & AI Enablement: Partner with Solution Architects and Implementation Teams to align business processes and platform capabilities across Adobe Workfront, AEM, and related technologies. Translate business needs into actionable recommendations for solution design, technology adoption, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Methodology & Thought Leadership: Develop client process maps, operating model artifacts, business requirements, and transformation deliverables. Contribute to repeatable business process methodologies and best practices within the Omnicom Adobe Practice.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, operating model design, process optimization, transformation consulting, or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead discovery efforts, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and design scalable business processes in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience producing robust process documentation, including process mapping, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Experience partnering with technology implementation teams and translating business needs into structured process requirements.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of bringing structure to ambiguous situations.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple workstreams.
- Results-driven, collaborative, and intellectually curious, with a passion for improving how work gets done.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for transformation and innovation.
- Experience supporting marketing operations, content operations, digital experience, or Content Supply Chain transformation initiatives is required.
