- Consulting & Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across marketing, creative, content operations, and technology teams. Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and guide transformation initiative recommendations.
- Technology & AI Enablement: Partner with Solution Architects to align business processes with Adobe Workfront, AEM, and related technologies. Inform solution design, technology adoption, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Methodology & Thought Leadership: Develop client process maps, operating model artifacts, and business recommendations. Contribute to repeatable business process methodologies and best practices.
