About the Job

Tether is looking for an automation-driven and hands-on People Technology Analyst to join our global People Operations team. Your primary mission will be to review, streamline, and automate our global People Operations processes. You will audit existing workflows, identify manual bottlenecks, and leverage our HR tech stack to build efficient, automated solutions while enhancing our People Analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Audit & Process Automation: Map, review, and audit existing People Operations processes (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, data updates) to identify inefficiencies. Design and implement automation strategies to eliminate manual tasks.
• HR Tech Stack Optimization: Act as the main system administrator for our HRIS (HiBob) and associated tools. Configure automated workflows, triggers, alerts, and approvals for seamless global operations.
• System Integrations & Data Syncing: Oversee and optimize integrations between HRIS (HiBob), ATS (Recruitee), Finance tools (Payhawk), Slack, Confluence, and Harvest, ensuring automatic and secure data flow.
• Data Governance & Analytics: Establish automated data validation rules. Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, talent acquisition metrics) for real-time insights.
• Continuous Improvement & Scale: Stay updated on HR technology trends and new feature releases to proactively suggest and implement process improvements.
• User Enablement & Documentation: Create clear documentation for automated processes to ensure high adoption rates and self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• Proven HR Tech Experience: 3+ years of experience managing, configuring, and deploying workflows in HRIS/ATS platforms in fast-growing or international environments.
• Process Optimization & Automation Mindset: Proven experience in business process mapping, workflow redesign, and implementing automation logic within HR ecosystems.
• HiBob & Recruitee Expertise: Direct experience configuring platform architecture, complex automated approval chains, and multi-conditional workflows in HiBob and Recruitee (or similar tools). HiBob experience is a strong advantage.
• Data & Analytics Mastery: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, PowerBI).
• Problem-Solving & Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of software system interactions, integration logic (APIs), and data mapping.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
