About the Job

We are looking for an Analyst to join our People & Culture team to support data-driven People initiatives that enhance overall experience and talent management. You will provide essential support across the people lifecycle, working closely with People Strategic Managers and cross-functional teams to detect early insights and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

Onboarding and Orientation

• Assist in coordinating the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training.
• Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up conversations to identify initial insights.

Policy Compliance and Documentation

• Coordinate documentation and compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain People & Culture Confluence pages.

Training and Development Coordination

• Track completion of mandatory training modules.
• Analyze training surveys to identify key findings.

Engagement and Support

• Support engagement initiatives defined by People Strategic Management.
• Analyze the Annual Engagement Survey to identify key findings.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to foster People Engagement.

Data and Reporting

• Oversee and implement module workflows on HiBob to optimize Core, Talent, and Learning modules.
• Maintain People metrics on HiBob.
• Prepare periodic reports with insights and trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a People Assistant, People Experience, or similar role, preferably in a remote, fast-paced, or tech-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, ideally HiBob, including setup, navigation, and reporting.
• Experience writing, organizing, and managing documentation, ideally in Confluence.
• Comfort working with and building HR metrics and dashboards.
• Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.
