Job Description

As a Change Embedment Manager, you will shape how change is understood, prioritized, and sustained across TAL’s Group Life & Retirement Partnerships function. In a business committed to supporting people through challenging moments, this role brings clarity and momentum to change initiatives. You will create lasting impact by helping teams navigate complexity with confidence, building foundations that make change more meaningful, better connected, and easier to embed. This is a role for someone energized by influence, progress, and purpose.

In this role you will:

• Build a clear, consolidated view of change across the portfolio to improve visibility and coordination.
• Establish a practical change framework that enables confident prioritization and decision-making.
• Surface operational and customer impacts early to reduce risk and strengthen readiness.
• Guide sequencing and decision pathways for clear and focused change progression.
• Strengthen stakeholder alignment to support smoother adoption and more effective change outcomes.
• Drive change into delivery by closing gaps and enabling successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in change management, program delivery, or coordinating concurrent change across multiple workstreams, ideally in a regulated or complex environment.
• Confidence working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments, with a strong focus on embedding change rather than project management.
• Proficiency using tools such as Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint to track change, communicate progress, and support decision-making.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to create alignment, influence outcomes, and support successful change.
• Experience in life insurance, claims, fund administration, or digital transformation is beneficial.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Change Management, or a related field is preferred.
