About the Role

Runwise is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Customer Success Manager focused on business growth opportunities. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers maximize the benefits of the Runwise platform.

Responsibilities

  • Assist property managers, supers, and owners with the Runwise platform.
  • Draft and deliver savings analyses for existing customers.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities for Runwise to deepen customer relationships (new products, new buildings, general advisement).
  • Proactively identify potential problems that may reduce savings or impact customer goals.
  • Manage relationships with all parties interested in the Runwise product (supers, property managers, owners).
  • Respond to technical product queries and troubleshoot issues until resolution.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify expansion opportunities within your assigned book of business.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

  • 1-3 years of direct customer management experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Excellent social and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Thrive in building long-term relationships and partnering with a diverse range of customers, from individual business owners to C-level executives.
  • A problem solver capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently.
  • A natural teacher, able to distill technical or complex systems into simpler concepts to empower customers.
  • Willing and capable of working hard, with potentially longer hours during peak seasons (winter).
  • Passionate about real estate and/or energy efficiency.
