Crossmedia, a global media independent, is seeking a Buyer, Paid Search for a full-time temporary role through September 4th. This role focuses on paid search and sits within our biddable team (Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic). You will collaborate with our Account (media planning) and Redbox (analytics) teams and have daily client contact. The position is based in our New York office, offering a hybrid work setting with flexibility.

Your Role

  • Assist with the development and implementation of comprehensive SEM strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Provide hands-on experience in the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google & Microsoft Ads, SA360 (Search Ads 360), and other third-party management platforms.
  • Execute a variety of media tactics, such as Google PMAX & Demand Gen, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping campaigns.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret overall search performance metrics and trends.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in written form, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

  • 1.5 - 2+ years of experience in paid search, with digital ad agency experience preferred.
  • Hands-on keyboard experience in search management platforms, including:
  • Supervising the everyday performance of SEM campaigns.
  • Managing monthly and daily spend activity for assigned clients (Six Figure Monthly Budgets Preferred – Minimum).
  • Planning, coordinating, and administering numerous presentations for managed accounts.
  • Leading regular status update calls with clients to ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting & analysis strategy.
  • Communicating key performance trends to account leads and clients.
  • Conducting keyword research to drive new areas of growth for clients.
  • Creating effective ad copy to produce optimal click-through and conversion rates.
  • Working closely with display and digital marketing teams on the development and execution of integrated marketing plans.
  • Ability to establish relationships with vendors (Google & MSN representatives).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance tight deadlines and challenges.

Salary

  • $62,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
