Join Tether, a company pioneering a global financial revolution with cutting-edge solutions in digital finance, energy, and AI. We are seeking an Analyst to join our People & Culture team to support data-driven initiatives that enhance employee experience and talent management.

You will provide essential support across the people lifecycle, working closely with People Strategic Managers and cross-functional teams to identify insights and contribute to a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires receive necessary information and resources while creating an engaging experience.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training.
  • Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up conversations to identify initial insights, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers for improvements.

Policy Compliance and Documentation:

  • Coordinate documentation processes and compliance with internal policies with the People Operations Specialist.
  • Maintain People & Culture Confluence pages, ensuring clear communication of existing policies and processes.

Training and Development Coordination:

  • Track completion of mandatory training modules and maintain accurate records of personnel training status.
  • Analyze training surveys, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers for improvements.

Engagement and Support:

  • Support engagement initiatives defined by People Strategic Management.
  • Analyze Annual Engagement Survey, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers for improvements.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to foster People Engagement.

Data and Reporting:

  • Oversee and implement module workflows to optimize the use of the Core, Talent, and Learning modules on HiBob.
  • Maintain People metrics on HiBob.
  • Prepare periodic reports with insights and trends according to business needs.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a People Assistant, People Experience, or similar role, ideally in a remote, fast-paced, or tech-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, ideally HiBob, including setup, navigation, and reporting.
  • Experience in writing, organizing, and managing documentation, ideally in Confluence.
  • Comfort working with and building HR metrics and dashboards to support reporting and insights.
  • Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and people management.
