Job Description:
Purpose of the Role:
Ocorian continues to drive growth through an active M&A strategy. We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to join our Corporate Development team and support the execution of our ambitious inorganic growth plans. Working closely with the Group Head of Corporate Development, you will play a key role in delivering transactions end-to-end and contributing to strategic expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead M&A transactions from initial evaluation through to completion.
  • Prepare investment papers, valuations, and financial models to support decision-making.
  • Support deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation with legal and advisors.
  • Manage transaction timelines and coordinate day-to-day project delivery.
  • Oversee due diligence processes across internal teams and external advisors.
  • Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
  • Support successful post-merger integration of acquisitions.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • M&A experience (Big 4, investment bank, or corporate) with end-to-end deal exposure.
  • Experience in financial, professional, or tech-enabled services.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and transaction processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at a senior stakeholder level.
  • Collaborative mindset with high professional standards and attention to detail.
