Senior Director of Growth & Commerce Product Analytics

NBCUniversal is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Growth & Commerce Product Analytics to lead the analytics function for Peacock's Growth and Commerce product teams. This role is pivotal in driving subscriber growth, improving commerce experiences, reducing churn, and increasing ARPU. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to translate customer behavior and product performance into clear decisions and measurable outcomes.

About the Role:

• Lead and build a high-performing Growth & Commerce Product Analytics team.
• Develop and execute the analytics strategy, operating model, and roadmap for Growth & Commerce Product Analytics.
• Identify high-value opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, pricing, packaging, winback, offers, partnerships, account management, and monetization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to prioritize product bets, diagnose customer friction, and connect roadmap decisions to subscriber and revenue outcomes.
• Influence the experimentation roadmap by improving hypothesis quality, metric definition, and learning application.
• Partner with data engineering and instrumentation teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Advance AI-enabled, Databricks-based, and self-service analytics workflows to improve analyst productivity and scale insights.
• Translate complex analyses into clear executive narratives that inform actionable decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of applied experience in product analytics, growth analytics, commerce analytics, data science, or business analytics in a high-scale digital product environment.
• 6+ years of people management experience, building and leading high-performing teams.
• Direct experience supporting growth, commerce, subscription, lifecycle, retention, monetization, or customer journey product teams.
• Strong understanding of subscriber growth, churn reduction, ARPU, LTV, conversion, pricing, and customer behavior analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and large-scale datasets, using Python, R, Databricks, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, metric design, and statistical concepts.
• Experience building dashboards, automated reporting, or self-service analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and translate complex analytical work into business implications.
• BA/BS in a quantitative, technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in streaming, media, eCommerce, consumer technology, or subscription environments.
• Familiarity with advanced measurement techniques (e.g., causal inference, incrementality).
• Experience with Databricks SQL, notebooks, Delta Lake, or similar AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
• Track record building analytics operating models, metric governance, or self-service analytics programs.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Salary Range:

• $230,000 - $280,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
