About the Role

Are you an expert relationship builder with experience developing deep executive-level relationships with premier strategic accounts? As a Senior Business Consultant, Dedicated Success at Realtor.com®, you will lead, grow, and retain our most strategic customer relationships. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 25 premier accounts, acting as an indispensable business partner. This role involves overseeing the entire post-sale lifecycle—from strategic implementation and custom training to managing high-stakes escalations and enterprise-wide renewals. You will build sophisticated partnerships based on trust, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of your customers' long-term business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead deep strategic relationships with a portfolio of ~25 highest-value strategic accounts, establishing Realtor.com® as a core business partner.
  • Provide a personalized customer experience, understanding business operations and systems to offer custom consultation, data, and best practices for Realtor.com® products and services.
  • Engage with customers on a personal level, celebrating business and personal milestones.
  • Retain and grow revenue by managing the post-sale customer experience, including product implementation, training, ongoing support, escalations, retention, and renewals.
  • Travel for conferences, events, and customer engagement (~10% of your time).
  • Execute effectively towards company initiatives and leadership-set OKRs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Realtor.com® business processes and products, recommending and implementing enhancements to drive revenue and improve customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals across all levels of the company, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Finance.
  • Possess comprehensive business knowledge and technical skill in Salesforce, Focus Fire, and other enterprise systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of account management experience, specifically focused on strategic, enterprise, or key major accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with PCs, the Internet, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry.
  • Experience with technical customer support.

How We Work:

This is a U.S. based, remote role with ~10% required travel. We balance creativity and innovation with in-person collaboration, with most roles requiring three or more days in the office. However, this role is fully remote.

Compensation:

The annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 USD. The final compensation package will be tailored based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location, and other relevant factors.
