About the Role

As an Account Services Representative, you will be instrumental in managing client accounts, providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and clients. This role requires close collaboration with various departments including Advertising Sales, Inventory, Strategic Planning, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Billing.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Service:

• Maintain and monitor all upfront and scatter deals within the order management system.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and capabilities to create effective solutions for advertisers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper maintenance of advertiser schedules.
• Support and strengthen agency relationships by managing requests and ensuring commercial spots are booked according to guidelines.

Deal Maintenance and Stewardship:

• Schedule commercials, coordinate client brand allocations, reconcile account discrepancies, and issue change notices to clients.
• Monitor deal delivery carefully to ensure proper stewardship.
• Offer recap packages to clients as needed and when available.
• Build strong relationships with Commercial Operations to guarantee a timely and precise order process.
• Collaborate with Sales Planners, Account Executives, and Marketing to ensure all marketing elements are booked and executed correctly.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity: Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote, with flexibility to adjust as business needs dictate.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime, as needed.

Desired Characteristics:

• Client Service and/or Account Management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and responsive.
• Deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
