Job Description

• Drive the growth and retention of key clients and business partners.
• Collaborate with global IQEQ teams and cross-functional segments to achieve local cross-sell targets.
• Lead strategic and regular client meetings and updates, supported by Client Services Directors.
• Implement a detailed new business development plan focused on achieving strategic business goals and new client income.
• Actively assist Fund Directors in monitoring and identifying strengths and weaknesses in current service delivery, and implement actions to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience of offshore financial services, including underlying product/service rationales, technologies, and regulatory environments.
• Effective influencing skills and the ability to lead within your functional area.
• Awareness and understanding of cross-jurisdictional cultural differences.
• Membership in a relevant Financial Institute.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
