About the Role

As a Senior General Ledger Accountant, you will support the general ledger accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and assisting with various accounting tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting procedures.
• Analyze financial data and contribute to the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong background in R2R/RTR with knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.
