About the Role

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in insurance defense and premises liability is highly desired. A hospitality and retail background is a plus. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding firm.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Adapt and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense and premises liability highly desired.
• Hospitality and retail background a plus.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
