Our Strategic Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are instrumental in delivering and articulating customer value. As a strategic and consultative partner to our largest, most complex customers, you will work closely with them to understand their challenges, advise on leveraging Samsara solutions, and drive measurable outcomes in renewals and expansions. This role focuses on our most critical accounts within the Strategic Customer Success team and requires close collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.
