About the Role

Our Strategic Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are instrumental in delivering and articulating customer value. As a strategic and consultative partner to our largest, most complex customers, you will work closely with them to understand their challenges, advise on leveraging Samsara solutions, and drive measurable outcomes in renewals and expansions. This role focuses on our most critical accounts within the Strategic Customer Success team and requires close collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive customer success by ensuring clients enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop success plans, identify objectives, define metrics, and overcome barriers to value realization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Finance, etc.) to drive progress on customer requests.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews to align on goals and celebrate successes.
  • Conduct workshops to understand customer operations, recommend workflow enhancements, and maximize product value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Samsara platform and effectively communicate its capabilities to diverse businesses.
  • Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success team, championing Samsara's cultural principles.

Minimum Requirements for this Role:

  • 6+ years of work experience, with recent experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting roles.
  • Strong priority management skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to manage demanding, high-visibility positions.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products and solutions.
  • Proven track record of building trust, effective communication, and driving change with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

  • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment.

Total Rewards

  • Annual Base Salary: $841,500—$990,000 MXN.
  • Compensation: Above-market total compensation through base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. Top performers can earn above-market compensation.
