SmithRx: Relationship Intelligence Analyst

Who We Are:

SmithRx is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company dedicated to disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector. We are building a next-generation drug acquisition platform driven by cutting-edge technology, innovative cost-saving tools, and best-in-class customer service. Since 2016, we've onboarded hundreds of thousands of members, proving our solution resonates across the country. We pride ourselves on a mission-driven and collaborative culture that inspires our employees to do their best work. We believe the U.S. healthcare system needs transformation and are committed to making that change a reality, guided by our core values: Integrity, Courage, and Together.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual who is equal parts analyst and relationship thinker. You’ll be comfortable with CRM and spreadsheets, but what truly drives you is understanding how people and organizations connect. In this role, you will help build and maintain the intelligence layer behind SmithRx’s community efforts by mapping enterprise relationships, surfacing gaps and opportunities, and ensuring our network data is clean, current, and ready for activation. You will work closely with leadership to enable more proactive and strategic outreach across our community.

What You Will Do:

  • CRM & Data Optimization (40%):
  • Translate qualitative customer and prospect insights into actionable quantitative data within our CRM to deepen and improve community relationships.
  • Architect a scalable framework for relationship tagging that balances insight depth with ease of use.
  • Proactively identify and resolve Salesforce data gaps, partnering with the sales team for sustainable data quality improvements.
  • Own the build and ongoing maintenance of key databases, ensuring consistent data entry, organization, and readiness for activation.
  • Manage the intersection of data across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Polinode).
  • Process Optimization (25%):
  • Evaluate existing workflows and lead initiatives to automate or streamline inefficiencies.
  • Establish and maintain SOPs and documentation for team scalability (e.g., pre-event tear sheets, post-event upload protocols).
  • Community and Relationship Management (20%):
  • Support leadership in cultivating a network where relationships are actively nurtured.
  • Map and maintain relationship data across people, companies, and consultants to identify connection opportunities and referral pathways.
  • Conduct Relationship Gap Analysis to surface unknown and dormant relationships, triggering re-engagement workflows.
  • Track market intelligence (e.g., RFP activity, procurement cycles) for strategic network value.
  • Community Growth Support (15%):
  • Assist leadership in identifying community gaps, momentum, or untapped potential.
  • Track engagement patterns to help leadership prioritize time and relationship investments.
  • Build reporting on referral exchanges, pending opportunities, and follow-up needs.

What You Will Bring to SmithRx:

  • 5–7 years in a role centered around relationship management, strategic partnerships, network development, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of improving systems, not just managing them.
  • Genuine curiosity about people, networks, and how relationships drive business outcomes.

What SmithRx Offers You:

  • Highly competitive wellness benefits including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Benefits.
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Program.
  • Short-term and long-term disability.
  • Discretionary Paid Time Off.
  • Paid Company Holidays.
  • Commuter Benefits.
  • Paid Parental Leave benefits.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Well-stocked kitchen in office locations.
  • Professional development and training opportunities.
