Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Workday HCM Configuration Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for configuring Workday HCM modules, gathering business requirements, and translating them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into elegant technical designs.
• Map decisions to requirements and translate them for developers.
• Identify and recommend the best solutions to meet client requirements.
• Define guidelines and benchmarks for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) during project implementation.
• Write and review design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design.
• Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Develop and design overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Understand and apply technology integration scenarios.

Requirements:

• Total Experience: 4+ years.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, including Talent and Performance.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in functional solutioning, gathering business requirements, and translating them into Workday configurations.
• Experience in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, or Integration Testing.
• Familiarity with change management and user training strategies.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex functional and system-related issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
