Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Workday HCM professionals to join our team, focusing on configuration, maintenance, and support.

Requirements:

• Total Experience: 6+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support.
• Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and business processes.
• Experience with Compensation; Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Workday organizational structures, business processes, and security concepts.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday functional solutions.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, upgrades, testing, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Experience supporting global HR processes is a plus.
• Availability to work during US/UK business hour overlap.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Manage Workday HCM functional configurations, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Support Compensation and Advanced Compensation configurations and related business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday functional issues and configuration defects.
• Participate in Workday releases, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
• Ensure Workday solutions align with organizational goals, compliance, and best practices.
• Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality.
• Monitor new Workday features and recommend enhancements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Support Agile project delivery, including requirements gathering and testing.
• Mentor junior team members and share functional knowledge.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
