The Role:
This position leads Peek’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Revenue Enablement function, responsible for designing, developing, and executing programs that empower our GTM teams. You will own the end-to-end Revenue Enablement strategy and execution, defining direction, proposing solutions, setting priorities, and driving outcomes in an environment that may not have fully defined inputs. This role spans enablement for both Sales and Post-Sales teams, ensuring consistent frameworks, content, and learning experiences across the entire revenue lifecycle.

A key focus will be designing and implementing a comprehensive approach to content delivery, leveraging AI tools and automations to drive content production. This will form the backbone of onboarding content for revenue teams across Peek's three brands. You will also develop and deliver formal and informal monthly and quarterly training initiatives to equip sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools for success. Additionally, you will plan and manage the annual Revenue Kickoff meeting, creating an engaging, strategic, and motivating experience aligned with company priorities and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and skilled program manager passionate about driving GTM effectiveness and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You are both a strong operator and a thought leader in Revenue Enablement, bringing frameworks, points of view, and scalable best practices to the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable operating systems for Enablement, including intake processes, production workflows, quality checks, stakeholder review cycles, and content governance.
  • Own the AI and automation roadmap for Enablement, identifying, implementing, and scaling workflows to improve content production, repurposing, onboarding, training delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee an overarching training and ongoing education curriculum to ensure expedient and comprehensive proficiency of the Peek Pro platform among all Peek employees.
  • Prioritize enablement initiatives by assessing business impact, sequencing work, communicating trade-offs, and aligning delivery timelines with team capacity.
  • Develop interactive training solutions tailored for remote learning environments.
  • Build content, interactive training guides, and staged content modules utilizing an AI-driven approach.
  • Independently drive the creation of enablement materials for new features, positioning, workflows, and GTM motions, partnering with Product, Sales, and Post-Sales leaders for input, validation, and refinement.
  • Lead the enablement process for customer-facing teams on newly launched capabilities, ensuring materials are produced with limited dependency on cross-functional leaders.
  • Measure delivery and adoption of enablement content across the organization at a regular cadence.
  • Deliver processes and tools to help drive awareness, adoption, and success of key features.
  • Develop an SME certification program.

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Education, Organizational Development, or similar) is a plus.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, GTM, or related roles, with a strong track record of driving measurable impact on revenue team performance.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in Revenue Enablement, including the ability to introduce frameworks, challenge assumptions, and shape cross-functional decisions.
  • Experience translating AI tooling into measurable enablement outcomes (e.g., faster production cycles, better content reuse, scalable learning operations).
  • Willingness to experiment with AI tooling and adapt approaches based on the evolving tool environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, make informed recommendations with incomplete information, and drive work forward without waiting for full clarity.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Comfort creating L&D programs and facilitating them yourself or orchestrating facilitation by other internal SMEs.
  • System experience with tools like Tiger Hall, Articulate, etc.
  • Skill and experience to create polished deliverables.
  • Collaborative, curious problem-solving abilities with a passion for creating outcomes.
