We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team, providing exceptional support to our small and mid-size practice customers globally. This role is designed for individuals with a clinical background who understand the pressures and demands of healthcare professionals. You will be a key point of contact, turning initial user experiences into confident adoption of Heidi. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape our customer success motion from the ground up.
