What You Do:

• Lead End-to-End Projects: Drive large-scale Google Workspace and Gemini migrations, feature deployments, and service modernizations using Agile/Hybrid methodologies, managing scope, budget, and resources.
• Technology Design & AI Advisory: Translate complex business challenges into technical specifications and architectural decisions. Help clients identify use cases for AI agents and create actionable implementation plans.
• Pre-Sales & Client Advisory: Serve as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales (proposals, demos, workshops) and delivery, showcasing the value of Google Workspace and Gemini features to global stakeholders.
• Backlog & Change Management: Manage and prioritize the technical backlog (environment setup, security, maintenance) and execute change management strategies to maximize user and AI adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Cloud Native, Full Stack, and AI-Driven experts to integrate Google Workspace and AI agents with complex enterprise systems.

Who You Are:

• Google & AI Ecosystem Expert: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Technical Advisor, ideally with a technical background. Deep, hands-on success deploying Google Workspace and driving business adoption of Google Gemini and AI agents.
• Hybrid Delivery Skillset: Strong command of project management methodologies combined with experience managing technical backlogs, security best practices, and cloud architecture.
• Consultative Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently pitch in pre-sales, run AI capability demos, and translate complex technical concepts for any audience.
• Multilingual: Fluent in English and either Vietnamese (for Vietnam) or German (in Europe).
