About Us
Legion is at the forefront of AI, building secure, dependable agentic systems that empower people tackling critical challenges. Born from a DoW partnership and trusted by leaders across government and enterprise, Legion embeds intelligence into complex systems to unlock data, accelerate workflows, and harden mission-critical operations. Our agentic platform integrates AI into existing software, optimizing, not replacing, workflows. We collaborate with industry leaders like NVIDIA, HPE, Palantir, and Oracle to build infrastructure that boosts human capability.
We are seeking bold thinkers and doers to shape a secure, grounded, and collaborative AI future.
The Role
This position requires a US Department of Defense or Intelligence TS/SCI clearance.
We are looking for a forward-deployed engineer to work directly with customers, designing and building custom workflows on our agentic AI platform. This is a hands-on role focused on rapid development of “app packs” and workflows that solve real operational problems. You will act as both a builder and a translator, turning ambiguous requirements into functional systems. You will be embedded with end-users, transforming requests into transformative agentic AI solutions that revolutionize workflows.
You will spend 80–100% of your time embedded with customers, operating autonomously in classified or constrained environments. Success requires autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to ship practical solutions quickly. You will also serve as a critical feedback loop to our product and engineering teams, surfacing patterns, feature gaps, and platform improvement opportunities.
Due to Government contract requirements, we are only able to hire US citizens or Green Card holders.
