About the Role

EvenUp is seeking a strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of 25-30 large law firm accounts in the Southeast. This remote role focuses on building deep, strategic partnerships to drive measurable customer outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, customer advocate, and identify expansion opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactive Account Management: Conduct executive business reviews, deliver adoption analyses, and ensure customers leverage the full platform capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Partner with customers to define success metrics aligned with business objectives. Develop and execute tailored account plans for mutual success.
  • Customer Advocacy and Success: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-related matters.
  • Renewal and Retention: Own the renewal process, proactively identify retention risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and support strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Sales on customized proposals.
  • Insights and Feedback: Document customer feedback and success stories. Advocate for enterprise customer needs internally.
  • Operational Excellence: Track customer interactions and account activities in the CSP/CRM. Provide account health metrics and trend analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations. Share enterprise insights with the Customer Success team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or JD is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role focused on enterprise customers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and deliver results.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders per account.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, especially with executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and recurring revenue.
  • Experience with CSPs and CRM systems.
  • Legal Tech or experience with large law firms is a significant plus.
