The Role

PIX4D is seeking a Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our APAC sales team in Tokyo. In this role, you will become an expert on our PIX4D products, providing technical support to customers and partners. You will resolve issues related to data acquisition, processing, and post-processing, acting as a crucial link between our end-users and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Master PIX4D’s products and solutions, staying current with updates and improvements.
• Provide client support and resolve technical issues through various communication channels, including a ticketing system.
• Facilitate communication between the development team and end-users by sharing customer experiences and product feedback.
• Deliver training sessions, both online and in-person.
• Assist with product and documentation translations.
• Collaborate with Support experts across our global offices (Berlin, Denver, Lausanne, Madrid, Shanghai, Tokyo).
• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and scale team operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience and knowledge in geomatics, photogrammetry, mapping, or a similar field.
• Customer Focus: Customer-oriented, empathetic, and dedicated to solving user problems.
• Product Knowledge: Experience with PIX4D products is a strong advantage.
• Drone Mapping: Knowledge of drones and drone mapping is a strong advantage.
• Imagery: Experience with radiometry, multispectral, and thermal imagery is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML, Python, or other programming languages is an advantage.
• Support Experience: Experience in a support role is an advantage.
• Languages: Proficient English and Japanese language skills required. Korean, Chinese, or other languages are a strong advantage.
• Work Style: Independent, well-organized, flexible, and open-minded team player.
• Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Japan required.
