Your Role at ShopYourLikes

As the Creator Acquisition Manager based in London, you will be the primary driver of creator growth within the UK market. This high-impact role bridges the gap between identifying high-potential talent and converting them into successful creators. You will own the initial impression of ShopYourLikes, sourcing creators who fit our Ideal Creator Profile (ICP) and ensuring they are onboarded effectively to deliver engagement for our brand partners.

Core Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Sourcing & Recruitment:
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across key verticals, identifying creators who align with internal goals and advertiser briefs using tools like Modash/CreatorIQ.
• Evaluate creator quality, audience authenticity, and monetization potential to strengthen our ecosystem.
• Expert Onboarding & Activation:
• Lead the onboarding journey, educating prospective creators on affiliate marketing best practices and performance campaigns.
• Focus on retention by providing initial performance guidance and toolkits to help creators achieve early revenue milestones.
• Support the planning and execution of creator workshops and events to strengthen our UK presence.
• Commercial Alignment & Performance:
• Collaborate with teams to match acquired creators with high-impact brand opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of creator cohorts, analyzing acquisition channels and creator types driving revenue.
• Provide creator feedback to internal teams to improve platform and resource offerings.
• Stay informed on competitor activities and social commerce trends to maintain ShopYourLikes' competitive edge.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator monetization.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer client services, talent management, or creator-side business development.
• Proven ability to foster strong connections in the influencer talent space.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
• Clear understanding of the affiliate creator business.
• Meticulous attention to detail in content analysis and creator communication.
• Passion for creators and understanding the impact of engagement.
• Natural collaborative spirit.
• Awareness of social media trends, pop culture, and virality.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
