Join our growing trading and risk team at Penn Interactive as a Senior Sportsbook Trader. This role is crucial in managing our sportsbook's risk, pricing, performance, and content. We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and enthusiastic individual with a data-driven mindset, a strong passion for sports and sports betting, and a drive to continuously improve our product. About the Work:

• Lead live trading execution for key sports, leagues, or high-priority events.
• Oversee pricing accuracy, market integrity, and response times.
• Monitor and optimize market suspensions, re-open timings, and pricing against market benchmarks.
• Analyze event performance, including hold, competitiveness, and volatility.
• Identify inefficiencies in templates, pricing flows, and tooling or automation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior traders.
• Support the development of live trading Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Risk team on real-time exposure and player behavior.

About You:

• Proven experience in assessing and calculating risk.
• Flexibility is essential; working hours will be dictated by business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong sports betting and/or trading experience is highly desired.
• Data-obsessed with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Strong overall sports betting knowledge and a keen interest in betting and odds are considered assets.
