About the Role:
We are hiring an Accountant to support and scale our revenue and billing operations. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, timely invoicing, and clean financial data. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, and Client Success teams to manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process and contribute to process improvements. This is a mid-level, full-time opportunity offering hands-on ownership and cross-functional exposure.

What You’ll Do:

• Own revenue-related processes including invoicing, revenue recognition, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and update sales orders, ensuring accuracy across billing and revenue records.
• Utilize Salesforce and NetSuite for billing cycles, revenue tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success for accurate order details and timely invoicing.
• Support audits and internal reviews through clean documentation and data provision.
• Contribute to process improvements in billing, reconciliation, and revenue workflows.
• Balance recurring monthly tasks with ad hoc projects and reporting.
• Help manage shared team workflows to ensure timely responses and resolutions.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in an accrual-based environment with revenue recognition exposure.
• Strong working experience in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Hands-on experience with accounting and CRM systems; NetSuite and Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Experience managing invoicing, AR, or order-to-cash processes with high accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining clean, error-free financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders.
• Quick learner of new systems, tools, and workflows, including automation or AI.
• Organized and responsive, able to meet deadlines.
• Must have a working laptop/PC and reliable internet with a backup connection.

Salary Range:

• Monthly Pay Range: ₱50,000 - ₱100,000 PHP.
• Compensation is based on skill level, relevant experience, and cost of labor.
