About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, AI Search & Discovery (GEO) to build and scale Insurify's GEO/AEO program. This role is crucial for improving how Insurify and its sub-brands are discovered, cited, and recommended across AI-powered search, generative answer engines, and emerging organic discovery surfaces. You will operate at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, digital PR, brand reputation, analytics, and public data.

Reporting to the Director of Product SEO, you will manage the daily operations for AI search visibility, including prompt monitoring, reporting, gap analysis, execution planning, and cross-functional coordination with content, PR, brand, legal, product, data, and reviews teams. You will translate ambiguous AI search signals into actionable recommendations, link visibility improvements to business outcomes, and strengthen Insurify's reputation as a trusted insurance comparison platform.

This is a hybrid position requiring presence in our Cambridge, MA office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Increase AI Search Visibility: Enhance Insurify's presence across LLMs, AI-powered search, generative answer engines, and organic discovery surfaces.
• Improve Brand Perception in AI Answers: Ensure AI systems accurately represent Insurify's key attributes (trust, savings, quote accuracy, etc.) and differentiate us from lead-generation sites.
• Own the AI Search & Brand Visibility Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategy to improve visibility and brand perception across all online surfaces.
• Identify High-Impact Levers: Determine the most effective initiatives for improving AI visibility and brand perception, including owned site messaging, public data, PR, and reputation signals.
• Strengthen Brand Consensus: Analyze AI understanding of Insurify and collaborate with stakeholders to correct inaccuracies and close source gaps.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Lead projects from discovery to measurement, managing ambiguity and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead AI Readiness: Partner with product and engineering to make Insurify's platforms understandable and usable by AI assistants and agents.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content strategy, digital PR, brand visibility, or reputation management.
• Strong understanding of how search engines and AI systems discover and interpret information.
• Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional roadmaps connecting strategy to business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SEO/AI visibility platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Looker).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
• High judgment regarding brand positioning, trust signals, and source quality.
• Experience using content, data, and PR to build authority and trust.
• Ability to operate with urgency in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Bonus: Experience in insurance, fintech, marketplaces, or comparison shopping.
