Founding Full Stack Engineer (AI Revenue Management)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 2 days/week in Canary Wharf office)

Salary: £80K–£90K base + up to 1% equity (DOE)

About the Role

Join a fast-growing startup building the future of revenue management for short-term rentals and hotels using AI agents. As the second engineering hire, you will work directly alongside the founding engineer, Martin, and have broad responsibilities across the full stack. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction, product decisions, and company culture from the ground floor. You will ship full features end-to-end, leveraging AI-assisted development daily, and see your code deployed rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend systems, React frontend components, Chrome extensions, and data pipelines.
• Work on agent orchestration and prompt engineering.
• Ship full features end-to-end.
• Contribute to technical direction, product decisions, and company culture.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team.

Requirements

• Previous startup or founder experience, demonstrating an understanding of building from inception.
• Very strong proficiency in Python (Django/Celery) and React.
• Comfortable working across the full stack: backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Experience with AI agent development, prompt engineering, or data pipeline development is a strong plus.
• Must be based in London or able to commute to the Canary Wharf office 2 days a week.
• Note: The company cannot sponsor visas.
