Responsibilities

• Work for the client J&T E-commerce.
• Monitor and manage pending deliveries (failures).
• Handle packages that are damaged or not delivered by the driver.
• Address administrative pending issues and report them in the system.
• Update spreadsheets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Ensino médio completo) or currently pursuing Higher Education (Ensino Superior Cursando).
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Availability for the work schedule.
• Ability to work from the Saquarema/RJ - Palmital base.
• Agility, communication skills, strategic vision, and proactivity.

Work Schedule

07:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by administrative follow-up via Home Office.
