Term: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our hardware team and contribute to the design of our next generation of class-leading audio products. You will collaborate with product owners to define features and requirements, produce system-level designs including technology and component selection, and then design schematics and PCBs. Strong analytical, estimation, and communication skills are essential for planning work and meeting production schedules. You will be heavily involved in hardware design and debugging, requiring systematic measurement, analysis, and fault-finding skills. Experience with signal integrity, EMC, and analogue debugging is highly desirable. You will also contribute to product roadmaps, understanding the bigger picture of our products, market, and customers.
You will work within a team of experienced engineers in a friendly, social, and inclusive environment, united by a shared passion for music and music tech. We support flexible working, but the hands-on nature of the role requires a significant portion of your time on-site at our High Wycombe headquarters.
You bring energy, technical acumen, and a proven track record of delivering successful products to market in music tech, consumer electronics, or a similar industry. You are a proactive, pragmatic problem solver with a knack for creative solutions. You are decisive, confident, and able to bring others along with you. You build strong working relationships, mentor others, and know when to seek support. You think strategically, manage multiple projects, and dive into detail when needed. Most importantly, you have a passion for designing and shipping products that help millions create music.
