The Role:

An end-to-end understanding of event production and F&B business functions is important. Previous experience at a similar company or a keen interest in the UK's food market scene is preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute onboarding and mentorship for new team members.
  • Line manage junior team members and report upwards.
  • Serve as a Togather ambassador, attending industry events, building relationships, and identifying acquisition opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of event management and production experience within the events industry, preferably with F&B suppliers/traders at large-scale outdoor and experiential events.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex production, operations, logistical, and staffing projects.
  • Thrive while working on-site at public events, including weekends and evenings.
  • Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and personable with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Results-driven with a bias for action.
  • Ability to quickly learn new online tools and proficiently use Excel.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Creative and solutions-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic team player.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office).
  • Generous holiday allowance: 25 days (including a 3-day Christmas closure) + bank holidays.
