About the Role:

This role is focused on active prospecting to generate qualified leads for the sales team, contributing to Alura's growth in the technology education sector.

Responsibilities and Attributions:

  • Conduct active prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Identify and map qualified leads within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to engage potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Feed and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate and strategic information.
  • Create personalized contact cadences and perform quality follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting strategies.
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team, ensuring a consistent and qualified pipeline.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in related commercial roles (minimum of 6 months).
  • Knowledge of prospecting and consultative selling techniques (SPIN, BANT, etc.).
  • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Ability to work with prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ramper, or similar.
  • Familiarity with prospecting KPIs (number of leads worked, conversion rate, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications or courses in sales (Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, etc.).
  • Experience with prospecting in technology or education companies.
  • Ability to personalize prospecting cadences and strategic approaches.
  • Experience in a 100% remote commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and Growth strategies.
