The Opportunity: Senior Social Strategist
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Social Strategist to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will champion client accounts, devise unique social strategies, and develop quarterly campaigns aligned with client objectives. You'll be responsible for branding, tonality, aesthetic, content planning, and copywriting, with a strong emphasis on community management to foster engagement and translate insights into strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Strategy and other social strategy team members, taking your career to the next level by shaping how brands connect with their audiences online.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute groundbreaking social media strategies for diverse clients.
- Collaborate with clients to align social media plans with their business goals.
- Stay current with social media trends and technologies, integrating them into strategies.
- Create and manage content calendars, including writing and editing copy.
- Partner with creative, media, and analytics teams for campaign execution.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, optimizing content based on data.
- Serve as a primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Create social-first, not just social-only, campaigns.
- Inspire creative teams and act as a partner during the creative development process.
- Collaborate with the influencer strategy team to integrate influencer marketing.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and management.

Compensation
- $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
- Placement within the range depends on candidate experience, skills, and qualifications. Applications outside this range are still welcome.
