The Opportunity: Senior Producer
We are looking for a Senior Producer with a sharp eye, strong instincts, and deep experience producing integrated campaigns across experiential and digital mediums. You will work with a diverse mix of global clients, supporting projects from concept through delivery. Your expertise will ensure projects are executed flawlessly ā on time, on budget, and with the highest creative standards. You will be responsible for leading integrated production, owning all phases from scoping and logistics to crew management and final delivery, while serving as the day-to-day client lead during production.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead integrated production for campaigns combining live experiences and digital components.
- Own all phases of production: scoping, timelines, event/venue logistics, permits, crew management, and final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and client services teams for alignment.
- Vet and manage vendors, partners, and freelance crews globally.
- Serve as the day-to-day client lead during production phases, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Problem-solve in real-time, protecting creative integrity while maintaining schedules and budgets.
- Maintain a high level of polish and creative standards across all deliverables.
What You'll Bring

Compensation
- $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
- Placement within the range depends on candidate experience, skills, and qualifications. Applications outside this range are still welcome.
