About the Role

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for support in full-time employment immediately, flexible part-time is also possible upon request.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the administration, operation, and further development of our Windows-based IT infrastructure (Hyper‑V, Windows Server, Windows 11).
• Support and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange.
• Operation and maintenance of the patch management system.
• Administration of the backup system, the firewall, and the network environment.
• Installation, maintenance, and replacement of hardware and software (servers, clients, mobile devices, telephone system).
• Support and advice for internal users on IT-specific issues.
• Participation in exciting IT projects and active shaping of our IT landscape.
• Coordination and collaboration with external service providers.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist or comparable) or equivalent qualification through professional experience.
• Several years of practical experience in IT administration, ideally with a broad area of responsibility.
• Experience as an IT generalist in Microsoft environments (Windows Server from 2022, Windows 11).
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Hyper‑V, and network technology.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and exchange with specialist departments.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with Sophos Firewall / WLAN.
• Experience in the MDM (Mobile Device Management) environment.
• Experience with backup systems, ideally Rubrik.
