Your Tasks

Do you want to manage more than just a single product and work holistically in modern Microsoft 365 environments?

Then you're in the right place with us. We're not looking for a pure specialist for a confined tool, but an IT generalist with technical understanding, curiosity, and the ambition to sustainably shape complex customer environments.

• Bring people together: You'll ensure smooth communication flows and seamless data exchange for our clients using Microsoft products – both consultatively and operationally.
• Utilize all possibilities: You're not afraid of new topics, and terms like Exchange, Entra, Teams, AD, and SharePoint are familiar to you.
• Make it better: Whether on-premises or in the cloud – you'll always find the perfect solution and build completely new structures or support your clients in migrating to the ideal communication system.
• Ensure clarity: Through clear technical documentation and active on-the-job training, you'll make all functions and features understandable for your clients.
• Stay organized: You'll manage your projects independently, organize your schedule, and maintain an overview.
• Become part of the family: If you ever need help, we're here for you. In return, you'll support your colleagues with your expertise and gladly assist them with their questions.

Your Qualifications

• Curiosity: You are open and willing to learn new things. If you don't yet master all hard skills perfectly, we'll develop a plan together.
• Structured thinking: With analytical talent, you'll always find targeted solutions and keep track of your projects and appointments.
• Customer focus: You enjoy direct contact with your clients and advise them honestly and competently. You can also explain and present your solutions comprehensibly, even to laypeople.
• Driving skills: You possess a driver's license class B.
• Experience: Ideally, you have completed vocational training in IT specialization or a technically oriented degree and already have several years of professional experience – but you're also welcome with comparable skills.
• Know-how: You have a deep understanding of complex groupware solutions and collaborative software. Ideally, you are already at home in the Microsoft universe and have sound knowledge in the following areas:
• Management of On-Premises environments: Active Directory, Certificate Services, Exchange Server, File Services, SharePoint Server
• Hybrid approaches: Entra Connect, Exchange Hybrid
• Cloud solutions: Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online
