About the Role: Social Media Ads Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement in online marketing! If you love working with social media and are proficient with advertising, you're in the right place. To support our team, we are seeking a motivated individual to bring our social media channels to life – and most importantly, to run high-performing ads.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, creation, and management of Social Media Ads (Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Analysis and optimization of ongoing campaigns (performance, target audiences, budgets).
• Support in maintaining and posting organic content on our channels.
• Close coordination with our team regarding content, goals, and budget allocation.

Qualifications:

• Initial experience in running and evaluating Social Media Ads (e.g., from studies, agencies, or projects).
• Understanding of target audiences, conversion, and campaign structures.
• A good sense for appealing design and engaging copy.
• Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for digital topics.
• Laptop/PC already available.
