Your Role

As a Business Consultant, you will analyze and optimize business processes, assisting our clients in efficiently and future-proofly implementing legal and regulatory requirements in their projects. You will work at the intersection of business and IT, create precise requirements, support technical implementation, and apply your expertise from the banking and insurance sectors.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently consult, lead, and execute demanding projects in the banking and insurance sectors for our clients.
• Independently gather, analyze, and conceptualize requirements, including regular coordination with project teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Implement legal and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within projects.
• Build and maintain a partnership-based collaboration and open, transparent communication with our clients.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in classic & agile IT projects within the banking or insurance industry.
• Well-founded methodological & conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis.
• An independent and structured way of working, along with the ability for empathetic communication.
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1).
