IT Consultant & Business Analyst (w/m/d)

Your Role

As an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business departments and IT. You will analyze processes, collaboratively develop requirements with our clients, and oversee their realization from the initial idea to successful technical implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• You will consult, design, and independently lead classic & agile IT projects for our clients – from the initial idea to successful implementation.
• Gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements are your core tasks, as well as coordinating with business departments and development.
• You will actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes.
• You will maintain a partner-like collaboration & open communication with our clients.

Your Qualifications

• Professional experience in the conception, implementation, and management of IT projects.
• You possess both technical skills and analytical thinking, along with methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis.
• You have fundamental knowledge in software development, programming, and databases.
• Experience in the banking & insurance sectors is advantageous.
• You are structured, work independently, and value open communication with clients and colleagues equally.
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1).
