Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Immobilienwirtschaft & SAP

This company focuses on the processes within the real estate industry and their mapping in SAP systems for clients such as banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and housing associations. This role is designed for experienced consultants ready to take on immediate responsibility in client projects.

Your Responsibilities

• As a Senior Consultant, you will navigate customer-specific requirements, quickly taking on sub-project and project management responsibilities.
• You will be jointly responsible with the team for competent client support.
• Together with the team, you will identify and assess optimization approaches in business processes and their IT representation at client sites.
• You will actively support acquisition activities and develop technical specifications for internal product development.

Your Skills & Experience

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a technical field, ideally with a focus on real estate management, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
• In-depth SAP experience in mapping real estate processes (mandatory experience in modules like PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance).
• Proven experience in independently implementing relevant SAP projects in the real estate sector.
• Ability to independently capture, analyze, and translate customer-specific requirements into viable solutions.
• Confidence in representing technical topics with clients, preparing decisions, and structuring tasks independently.
• Precise, self-motivated work with a high quality standard.
• Team and service orientation, with a professional demeanor in client interactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and good English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Important Note

This position is specifically for experienced consultants who can quickly take on responsibility and work productively in client projects without extensive training. If your SAP or real estate industry experience is limited or requires significant foundational learning, this role may not be the best fit.
