The Role

As a Consultant at Trinsik, you work on international client projects across industries — from regulated markets to digital ventures. You deliver work packages independently, collaborate closely with project managers, apply proven methods and tools, and develop your skills continuously. You contribute to offer writing, engage with clients, and grow as a practitioner in a team that takes execution seriously. This is not a role for observers. It's for people who want to be close to the work — and get better at it, fast.

Tasks

• Help our customers grow a new or existing business initiative, product, or venture.
• Deliver project work packages independently and with precision.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to shape and drive workstreams.
• Apply frameworks and AI-driven tools that turn complexity into clear, actionable outputs.
• Contribute to offer writing and client presentations.
• Develop your consulting craft — methodically and continuously.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a fast-moving operational role.
• Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Digital Business, Growth Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related commercial/technical field.
• Strong analytical and structural thinking — you can turn complex problems into clear outputs.
• Passion for emerging technologies and a tech-savvy mindset, with a specific interest in AI tools and their business applications.
• A growth mindset: curious, self-driven, and comfortable being challenged, with the discipline to work independently and the instinct to ask the right questions.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in German and English.
