About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to spearhead go-to-market strategies for our housing and mortgage market solutions. This role spans marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement, focusing on creating demand, driving adoption, and achieving revenue growth. Based in Southern California, this position offers remote flexibility with occasional office presence required in Costa Mesa. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Housing.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM): Develop and activate clear positioning, messaging, and comprehensive GTM plans for mortgage and housing solutions, supporting both new product launches and ongoing market growth.
  • Promote Sales Enablement: Create essential sales collateral, including decks, case studies, and product sheets, to equip the sales team and accelerate opportunity development.
  • Implement Marketing Programs: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, content, events, partnerships) focused on generating demand, engagement, and pipeline within the housing and mortgage sector.
  • Translate Data & AI into Messaging: Articulate the value of complex data, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
  • Grow Market Engagement and Insights: Organize events and webinars, while continuously monitoring housing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned and impactful program delivery.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing, preferably within the mortgage, housing, or financial services industries.
  • Proven experience in implementing end-to-end marketing programs with a strong emphasis on campaign optimization and performance tracking.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts, including data, analytics, AI, and automation, into compelling and easily understandable customer-focused content.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
