About the Role

We are seeking an Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) with HR responsibilities to join our team. This is a full-time position offered through direct placement, meaning you will have a permanent employment contract with your new employer from day one.

Your Responsibilities

• HR Tasks (60-70%):
• Create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and employment certificates.
• Monitor deadlines.
• Payroll (30-40%):
• Process payroll and salary calculations for approximately 500 employees, including additions (also for mini-jobbers).
• Initiate bank transfers for payroll.
• Manage reporting and certification processes, acting as the liaison with social security and pension providers.
• Serve as a competent and friendly contact person for employees.
• Advise management on labor, tax, and social security law issues.
• Prepare monthly statistics.

Your Qualifications

• Good mood, enthusiasm for friendly colleagues, and teamwork!
• Professional experience in either payroll or HR administration, ideally in both.
• If you lack experience in one area, training will be provided.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
