Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) - AI-Driven Platform

Mission

We are building the digital platform that connects job seekers, authorities, and training providers in Germany. Our platform is AI-driven, B2G-compliant, and features a best-in-class user experience. Data privacy (DSGVO) is fundamental to our architecture.

Your Tasks

• End-to-End Ownership: Plan, build, and test features independently, from initial concept to live release.
• AI-Driven Development: Set standards for using coding agents (Claude, Cursor) and configure MCP servers to maximize developer velocity.
• Zero-Compromise Quality: Ensure 100% test coverage for critical processes (Playwright), define SLOs, and take ownership of incident responses.
• Architecture & Compliance: Design DSGVO-compliant, EU-hosted systems and document decisions clearly via ADRs.

Your Qualifications

• Tech Stack: Fluent in TypeScript, Next.js 15+ / React 19+, and PostgreSQL (Drizzle/Prisma).
• Track Record: Solid experience in shipping complex software end-to-end, preferably in high-performance or startup environments.
• AI-Native: Routinely use AI agents daily, understanding when they accelerate processes and when they hinder them.
• Mindset: Measure success by tangible user outcomes, not lines of code; you don't need someone to push tickets.
• Communication: Excellent English (C1+) for asynchronous documentation and fluent German (native level) for confident communication with authorities.
