SAP HCM Time Management Consultant (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant for the functional and technical conception, as well as the implementation and support of SAP HCM Time Management (PT). The project includes the management of modern time management solutions, including functions such as workation, sabbaticals, and shift planning within a complex SAP system landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Consulting with IT and business departments regarding the implementation of requirements in time management.
• Independently taking charge of technical conception and implementation of process adjustments.
• Customizing SAP modules SAP HCM PA, OM, and PT to support time management processes.
• Adapting web-based applications based on Web Dynpro ABAP or FIORI.
• Supporting the integration of adjustments in the Fiori Launchpad, including necessary authorizations.
• Independently creating and adapting mandatory documentation before the productive deployment of implemented tasks.
• Conducting knowledge transfer to internal employees and participating in regular project status meetings.

Must-Have Requirements

• Expert knowledge in the SAP standard modules PA, OM, and PT.
• Very thorough knowledge of the SAP module PY and authorizations within the SAP HCM system.
• Very good knowledge of SAP technologies: Customizing, adaptation of the time management schema, ABAP, ABAP Web-Dynpro, Adobe Forms, and Process & Forms.
• Strong ability to grasp, analyze, evaluate, and clearly document complex processes.
• Project experience in optimizing customer solutions in the area of SAP HCM PT and connected SAP systems.
• Relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Knowledge in considering transfers to SAP BW systems.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and the SAP Launchpad in the context of time management applications.

The engagement will take place in Frankfurt am Main with a high proportion of remote work.
