Your Responsibilities

• Consulting with IT and business departments regarding the implementation of company pension schemes.
• Independently taking charge of technical conception and implementation of requirements in the SAP HCM bAV module.
• Customizing the bAV module, considering the effects on VO85, VO2000, and VO2019.
• Adapting the ESS application for salary conversion.
• Performing customizing for payroll in the context of bAV.
• Adjustments and enhancements to the SAP standard in the area of the SAP bAV module.
• Independently creating and adapting project documentation before productive deployment.
• Participating in regular project status meetings for information exchange.
• Performing extensive customizing in SPRO in the areas of Human Resources Management / Company Pension Schemes.
• Processing and maintaining infotypes such as IT0699, IT0323, IT0202, and IT0203.
• Adapting and implementing jumps into customer-specific function modules.

Must-Have Requirements

• Expert knowledge in the SAP standard modules PA, PY, and bAV, as well as in the corresponding authorizations and customizing.
• Thorough knowledge of ABAP programming and the SAP development framework.
• Project experience in optimizing customer solutions in the area of SAP HCM bAV and connected SAP systems.
• Strong ability to grasp, analyze, evaluate, and clearly document complex processes.
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Strong communication skills.

Further Information
